Serenity No. 20 (Gold) is a study in luminous balance and disciplined repetition. Created entirely freehand through my practice of meditative repetition, each dot and line is hand-piped in heavy-body acrylic, building a sculptural surface that radiates luxury and light.
Rooted in South Indian kolam and rangoli traditions, the mandala translates ephemeral ritual geometry into permanence. Metallic gold and iridescent pigments flow outward from a precise mirror center, creating an interplay of light and shadow that changes with the time of day.
Designed to anchor a space with quiet radiance and structural clarity, this work functions as both a contemplative center and a sculptural focal point, offering a timeless sense of elegance and focus.
