Mandala Painting Workshop

In this immersive workshop, all supplies are provided, and no prior painting experience is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, you'll find joy and inspiration in creating your own mandala masterpiece using acrylic paints.

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means “circle” -symbolizing the universe and the cosmos. It is a visual representation used as a focus point for the practice of meditation. Mandalas are ancient, sacred symbols of wholeness and are used for facilitating personal growth, healing, grounding, and transformation.

In this workshop guided by artist Bala Thiagarajan, you will create your mandala that gives you intention and focus as you tap into your creativity. Please come with an open heart and a willingness to let go. With a variety of vibrant acrylic paints at your disposal, you'll have the freedom to unleash your creativity and personalize your mandala according to your unique style and preferences. From bold and bright colors to subtle pastel hues, the possibilities are endless!

At the end of the workshop, you'll take home a stunning finished piece of art that reflects your creativity and inner tranquility. Your mandala painting will serve as a beautiful reminder of your journey through the creative process and a symbol of peace and harmony in your home.

The workshop is about three hours. Please wear casual clothes that you don't mind getting paint on!
